SteelDex aimed to become a significant platform for the steel industry in Europe with direct access to selected European Steel Works through its market place. The collapse of the new economy has made this objective difficult to achieve.

We thus continue our business in a modified way:

• e-commerce platform. We continue to work on an IT-Platform, which may comprise access to steel products in Europe and other parts of the world.
• e-commerce consulting. We have gained a substantial experience in e-commerce for steel products which we offer as a consulting service to participants of the steel industry.
• participation in companies. We seek to buy shares in companies that are part of the steel and/or electronics industry.
